Refund policy #
EthicsPortal offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.
Eligibility #
- The guarantee covers the first paid subscription per organization, monthly or annual.
- The refund window is 30 days from the date of the first paid charge.
- The guarantee applies once per organization. Subsequent renewals are not covered.
How to request a refund #
Email support@ethicsportal.eu from the address associated with your organization account, within the 30-day window. Include the organization name and the date of the charge.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the 30-day window #
After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
Free trial #
EthicsPortal does not offer a free trial. The 30-day money-back guarantee serves the same purpose: deploy the portal, evaluate it in production, and request a refund within 30 days if it does not meet your needs.
