# Refund policy

EthicsPortal offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

## Eligibility

- The guarantee covers the first paid subscription per organization, monthly or annual.
- The refund window is 30 days from the date of the first paid charge.
- The guarantee applies once per organization. Subsequent renewals are not covered.

## How to request a refund

Email [support@ethicsportal.eu](mailto:support@ethicsportal.eu) from the address associated with your organization account, within the 30-day window. Include the organization name and the date of the charge.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5--10 business days, depending on your bank.

## After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

## Free trial

EthicsPortal does not offer a free trial. The 30-day money-back guarantee serves the same purpose: deploy the portal, evaluate it in production, and request a refund within 30 days if it does not meet your needs.
